How do I create an account?

Sign up instantly using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. No passwords to remember, no forms to fill out. Just tap and you're in.

What is the Breathe-Believe-Become loop?

RETUNED is built on an integrated wellness approach. Breathing prepares your mind for change, affirmations reprogram your beliefs, and meditation reinforces the transformation. These three practices flow into each other, creating a continuous feedback loop for personal growth.

How do I create a new affirmation?

Tap the gold "+" button, enter your personal goal, and select a Life Pillar — Mind, Body, Spirit, Connection, Achievement, or Home. Our AI will then generate personalized affirmations tailored specifically to your intention.

What are Life Pillars?

Life Pillars are six categories — Mind, Body, Spirit, Connection, Achievement, and Home — that organize your affirmations for balanced personal growth. They help ensure you're nurturing every dimension of your well-being.

What is RSVP mode?

Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) displays affirmation words one at a time, synced with audio playback, for a deep focus experience. Tilt your phone to landscape for an immersive fullscreen presentation that helps you absorb every word.

How do I favorite affirmations?

Tap the heart icon on any affirmation card to mark it as a favorite. You can then use the filter options to view only your favorited affirmations for quick access.
Voice & Audio

How do I clone my voice?

Tap the microphone icon and read the provided script clearly. Your original recording is deleted immediately after cloning for complete privacy. Once cloned, you'll hear your affirmations spoken back to you in your own voice — your Inner Voice.

What voices are available?

You have access to your cloned Inner Voice plus a selection of curated AI stock voices. You can set your preferred voice in Settings and switch between them at any time.

Can I change the voice for playback?

Yes! Go to Settings to choose between your Inner Voice and any of the available AI stock voices. Your preference will be applied to all future affirmation playback.

We offer ten science-backed techniques organized by goal: Balance (Coherent Breathing, Alternate Nostril/Nadi Shodhana, Triangle Breathing, Physiological Sigh), Focus (Box Breathing, Vishama Vritti), Sleep (4-7-8 Relaxation, 2:1 Calming Breath, 7-2-11 Deep Relaxation), and Energy (Energizing Breath). Each technique comes with customizable durations so you can tailor your practice.

What are breathing wisdom tips?

During your breathing session, you'll see AI-generated, science-based tips explaining the benefits of the technique you're practicing. These insights help you understand the "why" behind each breath.

How do ambient sounds work with breathing?

Choose from 25+ ambient sound loops across 7 categories — including ocean waves, rain, forest, and more — to enhance your breathing practice. Sounds persist seamlessly across session transitions, creating an uninterrupted atmosphere.

How does Smart Sound Matching work?

RETUNED automatically suggests the best ambient sound for your session based on your current mood, breathing technique, and time of day. Morning sessions pair with uplifting sounds like birds and nature, while evening sessions lean toward calming rain and deep tones. You can always change the sound manually — Smart Sound Matching just provides a better starting point.

What is a mood check-in?

A mood check-in is an AI-powered assessment of how you're feeling right now. Based on your response, it recommends a personalized wellness path — breathing, meditation, or affirmation listening — to match your current emotional state.

What are mood journeys?

Mood journeys are guided multi-step wellness experiences that flow from breathing to meditation to affirmations, all tailored to your current emotional state. They provide a structured path through the Breathe-Believe-Become loop.

What are micro-meditations?

Micro-meditations are short, AI-generated guided meditations tailored to your mood. They come in varying durations and feature a word-by-word visual display so you can follow along with focused attention.
Daily Features

What are daily greetings?

Personalized AI messages greet you when you open the app, based on your activity, streaks, and recent journey history. If you've been away for a while, you'll receive a special welcome-back message to ease you back in.

How do daily reminders work?

Set up notifications for breathing or affirmation sessions at your preferred time. Each reminder includes an AI-generated motivational message to inspire you to begin your practice.
Privacy & Data

Is my voice data secure?

Absolutely. Your original voice recordings are deleted immediately after cloning. Your voice model is stored securely and can be deleted anytime from Settings. We take your privacy seriously.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Go to Settings to delete your account and all associated data, including voice models, affirmations, and listening history. This action is permanent and fully GDPR-compliant.

What data do you collect?

We collect account information, affirmations, voice models, listening statistics, and mood journey data. Mood check-in responses are ephemeral and not stored long-term. We never sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
