Your voice samples are processed through ElevenLabs, our trusted voice synthesis partner, solely for the purpose of creating your personalized affirmation audio. Original recordings are deleted immediately after cloning is complete. Stock AI voices within the app are powered by Hume AI, providing expressive voice synthesis with word-level timing.

Affirmations and Content

• Goals and intentions you enter

Mood & Wellness Data

To provide personalized wellness experiences, we collect:

• Mood check-in responses Ephemeral
• Breathing exercise session data (technique, duration)
• Micro-meditation session data
• Journey completion data (mood paths, step completion rates)
• Ambient sound preferences

Mood check-in responses are ephemeral and are not permanently stored. They are used in real-time to personalize your experience and then discarded.

Usage Data

• Listening session duration and frequency
• Listening streaks and category breakdowns
• Breathing exercise sessions
• Daily greeting interactions
• Notification preferences
• Device push notification tokens (for delivering push notifications to your device)
• Feature usage patterns
• App performance data

Technical & Location Data

To improve your experience and ensure security, we automatically collect:

• IP-based location: Your approximate geographic location (country, city, timezone) derived from your IP address when you log in or sign up. We use this to understand where our users are and to improve our service. We do not store your raw IP address long-term.
• Device information: The platform you use (iOS, Android, or web) to help us optimize the app for your device.
• Referral source: If you arrive via a referral link (e.g., from a content creator), we record the referral source to understand how users discover Retuned.
• Activity timestamps: When you last used the app, to help us understand engagement patterns and improve the experience.
• Analytics events: Anonymized usage events (such as which features you use, session duration, and navigation patterns) to help us improve the app. These events are processed internally and are not shared with third parties.

• Push notification tokens are removed

Push notification tokens are also automatically removed if your device is no longer registered with the notification service.

• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data (GDPR-compliant)
• Portability: Export your affirmations and data

Retuned is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
